How's it going out there, and welcome. We're rolling here. Thanks for checking out my online yoga studio. It's my hope here to present and authentic and effective approach to traditional Indian yoga practice. Discipline is great, and sometimes we need it, but isn't there something even more effective? To me, passion for the work is the primary technical element in yoga training. You've got to want to do it, I think. I'm trying to present here a really flexible approach to doing yoga on all levels physically, mentally, spiritually, and in the online presentation style. I hope that you can get it really dialed in to suit your tastes, beliefs, and situation. I think that we're all different, but we can all be together working, supporting each other, and all doing something great. Once again, welcome to the online yoga studio. How's it going? Thanks for taking a look at my online yoga studio. Please allow me to introduce myself. My name Paul Tassopulos. I've been training yoga for some decades, and I've been teaching yoga for the past few years with gyms in Los Angeles California. I'm affiliated with AFFA and the California Yoga Teachers Association. I hope to present an authentic, effective, and enjoyable approach to traditional Indian yoga practice. I'm presenting yoga videos on this site, with voice over instruction only on the video. Also, I'll be playing some great yoga music separately over a page on this site. With this approach I think that you will be able to use any combination of visual, voice instruction, and music that suits you. The music I'm playing is by Craig Pruess.Thanks Craig.
